Covered pergola, mini golf, evenings that don't need a plan. Sleeps 8 (king, two queens, two twins), full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, 2-car garage. Casa Grande Assembly Hall is about 8 minutes. Promenade Mall about 3. Close to I-10. A house, not a hotel.

The house is 2020, about 1,780 sq ft, in Mission Royale, Casa Grande. Open living to a full kitchen and dining. Primary bedroom has a king and walk-in closet. Two queen rooms and a twin room (two beds). Two full baths, washer/dryer, workspace. Out back: private pool, covered pergola, mini golf. 2-car garage. The Mission Royale community park (family water park with slides) is a few minutes away. Whole house, private pool, garage, and driveway are for guests.

Pool is not heated and there is no spa. Trash Tuesday and Thursday.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
